The bubbler came with a shattered bowl (happens) and instead of going through the whole rigormarole of sending the whole thing back, they just sent me the broken piece and timely as well. Strong glass (even though 1 piece came broken).

These are well made. The dismeter is larger than the one I’m replacing and the glass is thick. Almost too thick for my application. But they are quality.
